6.2.3.3 Finance

The Finance tab contains all financial data about the Order.

Finance

• Global cost: In case the option “Unlimited rights” has been enabled in the Main Data tab, these parameters indicate the total price to be paid for the program broadcasting.
• Run / ReRun cost: If the option “Unlimited rights” has NOT been enabled in the Main Data tab, specify the unit price for each Run and each ReRun.
• Payment: Indicate the method of payment used for the purchased rights.
• Expiry date: Set the expiry date when payment must be made for the purchased rights.
• Production cost: Set the production cost, which will be included in the total price. This field is optional.
• Other costs: Indicate any additional charges for the program to be included in the total price. This field is optional.
• Total purchase cost: The total price, automatically calculated according to the Runs, ReRuns, expenses and charges specified above. This field is not editable.
• Amortization Templates: Select the amortization template to assign to the line.
