The Scheduled section allows, as its name indicates, to consult (and also modify) the scheduling status of approved proposals matching the following filters:
Filters
Period - Specify the scheduled period of proposals to be displayed.
Customer - If set, only those proposals/orders featuring the given customer will be displayed.
Proposal code - If set, only those proposals/orders matching the given code will be displayed.
Spot code - If set, only those proposals/orders matching the given spot code will be displayed.
Option - Indicate the scheduling status of proposal to be displayed: "all", "completely scheduled" or "partially scheduled" proposals.
NB: Please note that approved proposals can be scheduled either automatically (if not hidden from Air Sales Scheduler) or manually (if hidden from Air Sales Scheduler) scheduled to be sent on-air.
Moreover, by making right-click on a certain proposal it allows to select from its context menu any of the following functions:
•View Proposal
•Modify proposal
