69.2.2.12 SWOM ASSET XML

Import Scope
The F90 – Import Custom SWOM ASSET XML allows to import a XML file containing SWOM assets into Etere database. The name format of the file to be imported is “Code.xml” (e.g. ABC~4567.xml). After import, the file name would be converted to ABC~t4567.xml

Import Parameters
Import - Custom - SWON ASSET XML

Import path: Specify the path location of the XML file to be imported. You can use the browse button to locate the path in the drives.
Import data: Opens the Configure Import window to specify the days and the frequency to be imported.

Scheduling related import
Set the same parameters in the Etere Scheduling > Import/Export > IMPORT\CUSTOM\SWOM\ASSETSXML and click <Save parameters> to confirm the changes.
