59.3.9.82 Send email using db-mail [flexi]

Action Description
Send email using db-mail [flexi] action allows you to send the report to the recipient's email address reference to flexi-metadata where the email addresses are stored.

Action Parameters
Fulfil the parameters listed below before triggering the workflow action.
Send_email_using_db-mail_[flexi]

Parameters- Name
Description: A short name to identify the action.

Parameters- Profile Name
Description: Enter the name of the SQL Email Profile for sending the email (see How to create an email profile in SQL).

Parameters- To
Description: The recipient's email address to whom the email is directed.
Multiple addresses can be entered separated by semicolon (;).

Parameters- CC
Description: Sends a carbon copy of the same email to the email addresses in the recipient list.
Multiple addresses can be entered separated by semicolon (;).

Parameters- BCC
Description: Sends a blind carbon copy of the same email message to recipients whose email addresses won't appear in the message.
Multiple addresses can be entered separated by semicolon (;).

Parameters- Subject
Description: The keywords about the argument will be discussed in the email.  Please note that the Description and Code of the asset will be automatically appended to the subject, for instance:
T-workflow notify [Assed Id:1735, Code:Simpsons-3S-Ep11]

Parameters- Text
Description: This parameter contains the body content of the email.

Parameters- Attach file(s) of codec
Description: If you want to attach a file, specify the codec.

Parameters- Attach file(s) of device
Description: Specifies the meta device where the attached file will be taken.

Parameters- SendMail procedure
Description: Indicate the system-stored procedure (e.g. wf_user_dbmail_execute) or custom procedure to send email notifications.
The email procedure "wf_user_tapelessReception_dbmail_execute" sends an email containing ID, Code, Title and Duration information.

Parameters- Important Note:
Description: If the stored procedure "wf_user_tapelessReception_dbmail_execute" is used to send a notification email, the recipient specified in the CC parameter will not receive the email.  Instead, the email copy will be sent to recipients listed in the <Supplier> parameter in the Tapeless Reception tab in Media Library.

To automate the process, you can include the "Send email using db-mail [flexi]" action into T-workflow.
