The Asset area allows, through the Asset Contract Row tool, to associate (or disassociate) one or more assets to the selected order line(s), allows to schedule only one asset or all assets to order lines.
In order to manage assets linked to the proposal use the functions present in the toolbar:
Add - Search for an existing asset and link it to the Order, or create a new asset (Ctrl + N) and assign it to the Order.
- If the duration of assigned assets is different from the Order line's duration the user would be prompt for confirmation.
Once added, double-click on asset to enter notes (e.g. to indicate the cases in which an asset should be preferred against others).
Add from customer used assets - Link an asset already used in other Orders of the same customer to the current Order line.
In addition, by right-click on the asset list it is possible to rapidly "add all available customer assets".
Delete - Use it to remove the selected asset from the asset list.
Note
The Air Sales Scheduler will process (i.e. automatically schedule) only those order lines linked to a single asset, order lines linked to more than one asset will be skipped since they are intended to be scheduled using the Multuichannel Asset Change module.

Do note that users needs the "Sales Proposal\Assign_asset" right in order to use this function to assign assets to orders/proposals.
