The Etere F90 - Video Assist export will automatically execute each 'X' hours a cleanup operation on the Video Assist database, that operation will delete all schedules older than two days as well as all inconsistent assets and video files (i.e.: which are present in the Video Assist database but not in the main database).
It's worth mentioning that every time Etere F90 exports a new snapshot, it will keep only the last 10 recent snapshots deleting all the rest, thus reducing the number of old useless snapshots in the database and speeding up the periodical clean-up operation.
NB: Please note that during the cleanup, assets inserted in the Jingle Cartwall are not deleted as well as the assets created directly in the Video Assist server.
