Function - Commercial Orders
Description : Manually insert commercial events from the list of available commercial order lines (i.e. commercial order lines that are still valid and have runs available).
NB: Notice that remaining runs are calculated by subtracting the total runs number of the scheduled runs, the white and black list runs as well as the runs placed in alternative schedules.
The operator can either drag and drop from the list into any cell or double click to insert into the preselected cell; in case the selected order intended to be inserted contradicts the rules set, a warning message will be displayed to inform the operator and prompt for a confirmation.
.Right-click on an order line in the results to gain access to the following contextual functions:
•View log: Show all operations (e.g. insert, move, etc.) performed to order line's related events.
•View batch operations log: Show all automatic scheduling operations performed for the order line.
•Show order (Ctrl-C): Open the order related to the selected order line.
NB: In case the "Search order lines differentiated by genre" parameter is enabled in "Etere Configuration > Settings > Air Sales > Scheduling rules", order lines matching search filters will be displayed according to the genres of their linked assets, order lines will be split into many entries as genres in their assets.
Function - Search all Assets
Description : Manually insert an asset that yet to link to a Seasons order. This can also be done via the Tools drop down menu by selecting 'Insert single asset automatically'. Here you can choose to insert an asset either at specific times or in particular blocks & segments over a user-defined time frame.
NB: Please note that in case of attempting to insert a program (e.g. spot) into a incompatible segment (e.g. News), the system will warn the operator about the issue and will ask for a confirmation in order to force the insertion.
