Under circumstances when general log data is insufficient to find the root cause of the problem, you would require diagnostic data to be captured in a log file to debug the issue. The diagnostic data can be activated in the log file by setting a registry key in Windows Registry.
in [Computer \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Etere \ Automation \ user.xxx \ Options]
create a DWORD key-value “UseDiagnostics" and set the value to "1”.
the shctrl logs can also be extended for the desired amount of days:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Etere\Automation\user.xxx\Options\
create the DWORD key-value LogByDayFiles and set the value to the number of days desired to keep shctrl logs
