4.5.3 Search

In Air Sales, the Search function allows you to search for contracts matching the specified criteria:

  • All (Type of contract): Options available in the parameter are:

    • Proposal running;
    • Proposal approved;
    • Proposal refused;
    • Proposal to evaluate;
    • Proposal archived;
    • Proposal to revaluate;
    • Expired;
    • Proposal to schedule;
    • Proposal to customer;
    • Proposal to customer rejected;
    • Order;
    • All.
  • Order No.: Specify the order number assigned to the contract;
  • Code: Specify the code assigned to the contract;
  • Contract description: Filter contracts that its contract description matched the short description entered in this field;
  • Line description: Filter contracts whose line description matches the short description entered in this field;
  • Customer: Specify a customer name or email address matching the value entered in this field;
  • Account Executive: Instead of a custom name, you can enter the name of the account executive related to the search criteria provided above.

When all search criteria are fulfilled, click the <Apply filter> to begin the search. The contracts that matched the search criteria would be displayed in the lower panel. At the right corner, you can click on the icon to select the number of order lines displayed on a page or display all filtered items into a single page.

The search result displays the following properties for each contract:

  • ID: The ID assigned to the Order line;
  • Code: It displays the asset code generated for the order line;
  • Description: a brief description of the order line;
  • Date: the date the order line was created;
  • Start Date: indicate the start date of the order line;
  • End Date: Indicate the expiry date of the order line;
  • Customer: The name of the customer that requested the order line;
  • Station: The station name where the order line was created;
  • Owner: The user who created the order line;
  • Type: Indicate the order line type, e.g. approved, rejected, proposal, etc.

You can click on any asset from the search result to view the asset features. Refer to the Asset Features chapter for more detailed information.

When you select one or more contracts and press the Add to lightbox button, the chosen contracts will be added to Lightbox. This function is helpful in quickly filtering those commonly accessed contracts.
