9.1 Collection

In the MAM module, the Collection is the single storage place for all client assets with similar characteristics. You can view those assets that were recently created, used, or modified by users.

The EtereWeb's Collection section stores a collection of clients' assets. With Collection, you can easily retrieve recently used assets with something in common.

You can access the collection management by clicking the Collection module after successfully logging in to EtereWeb.

Collection

In the Collection module, all collections are mainly divided into four categories (folders) for easy reference and management:

• Collection: This folder contains all collections which you are allowed to operate;
• Recently used: In this folder, you can access the last ten collections used in the system;
• Recently created: This folder contains the previous ten recently created collections;
• Recently modified: This folder contains the final ten collections recently modified by the user.

The remaining chapters in this section provide more detailed information on managing this module's collections.

Please note that Collection must not be created in a desktop application for EtereWeb use.

Note: You must be granted access rights to "Web\Collection" before using the Collection module.
