The Rejected section display a list of proposals created during a certain date range for a specific customer, and have been rejected by the Supervisor:
Click on the [Report] button to generate a report containing the list of all the retrieved proposals.
Redirect rejected proposal for evaluation
Under normal circumstances, when a proposal is rejected by Supervisor, the rejected proposal cannot be process further and user would need to delete the proposal from the system and create a new proposal.
In the event when a proposal is rejected unintentionally, it is possible to revert the rejected proposal back to evaluation state instead of deleting the proposal. This function is only available for user with Supervisor rights or Sales Proposal\Restore_Rejected rights enabled.
When user with the above mentioned rights log in to Air Sales administrator menu and access to the Rejected proposal, simply right-click on the desired proposal and select function “Send to evaluate” to redirect the proposal for evaluation.
