Report Description
The Individual Order report allows you to generate a document containing information on a single order and its lines, including commission information, scheduling interval, and invoicing details.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:
Order
•Include expired: Enable this option if it is intended to be included in the report, also those orders which have already expired,
•Description: It MUST be specified here the order to which the report is related,
Order holder
Indicate if the order is addressed to a customer, agency or an end user. This option is essential when using the 'standard layout'.
Printing options
•New Layout: Selected by default, this layout will generate an order-like document containing all the primary order information as well as the lines present on it,
•Standard Layout: This layout will generate a customizable document containing the primary order information and contractual lines. It allows to set the following parameters:
- Top margin: Specify a custom value (in millimetres) for the top margin,
- Bottom margin: Specify a custom value (in millimetres) for the bottom margin,
- Print blocks list: Enable this option to print blocks related to the order lines,
- Print unit price: Enable this option to display the unit price of each order line,
- Print commission percentages: Enable this option to include the commission percentages of each order line.
Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
