The "Running" proposal section allows account executive to elaborate proposals under a user-friendly interface, providing all the necessary features to create an effective sales proposals. This section is divided into three tabs:
•Search: Search the database to locate existing proposals which are currently being elaborated by the account executive.
•General Data: It allows account executive to edit the main relevant data in the proposal.
•Lines: Under the Lines tab, it allows the account executive to create the single lines data that forms a proposal by specifying its scheduling information.
Functions toolbar
A toolbar located at the top of the Running Proposals section provide account executive with immediate access to the following functions:
•New: Creates a new proposal.
•Save: Save all changes made on the current open proposal.
•Delete: Delete the currently active proposal permanently
•Cancel: Undo the last changes performed proposal.
•Reports: Access various levels of reports (e.g. current proposal, empty proposal, telecast order, etc) which are described in the Proposal Reports chapter.
•DoMa: It launch the Etere's Document Management module, please refer to the DoMa chapter for details.
•Duplicate: Duplicates the current proposal into a new proposal (including general data, lines and associated assets).
•Installments: It define the installments plan for the proposal for invoicing.
•Send proposal: Submit the proposal for approval. For a detailed explanation about these operations please consult the Managing proposals chapter.
•View order operations log: It displays information regarding all the operations performed on current proposal. Please refer to the Proposal operations log chapter for detailed information about data displayed using this function.
