70.3.2.5 Operator requests

Under the Media section it will be shown all requested Etere HSM operations waiting for their related tape to be injected:
Etere HSM - Headquarters
The cases in which an operator action is requested are listed and described in the following table:
Requested operation - Inject tape
Description : The tape scheduled for the archiving operation is currently offline.
In this case the operator is asked to inject a tape into the library, and execute the "inject" function from Etere Headquarters.
Requested operation - Add tape to media pool
Description : The media pool scheduled for the archiving operation doesn't have any tape with enough free space for the operation.
In this case the operator is asked to add a tape to the media pool from Etere Configuration.
When a new tape is added to media pool, the HSM Headquarters would poll every 60 seconds to update the new tape in media pool.  After  media pool is updated, the new tape would be reflected in the Work Queue.
