84.4.5.35 STANDARD > SIAE DOR CSV

Import Scope
The Import Standard SIAE DOR CSV import a CSV format file containing SIAE DOR scheduled data within a specific period.  
The CSV file contain the following specifications:
•The CSV file composed of at least 7 columns of data (separator included) referred to asset cards.
•The columns are separated by semicolon (;)
•The assets must be exist in database, else the data in the CSV file would not be imported.
•Total of 40 author names can be included in the file.
•When entering asset duration, the duration format must be entered as “HHMMSS”, e.g. “063520”.
•The “Deposited script” field has been relocated from last column to 3rd column in the file.
Import Parameters

Import_standard_siae_dor_csv

File to import: Enter the filename of the CSV format file to be import.  You can use the browse button to locate the file in the drive.
Launch the Import
Simply click the <Import> button to start importing data from the CSV file into database.
