202.2.4.4 Proposal Reports

The 'Print' option present in the top toolbar provides access to various levels of reports including the following:
 
Proposal & Empty proposal
The Proposal function allows to print a ready-to-be-signed document containing the current proposal, where the Empty Proposal function allows to print a ready-to-be-compiled empty proposal that the account executive will fill in the relevant data.
Both reports, the proposal and empty proposal, will contain the following information:

•Station Logo: This information is set under the Configuration | Parameters section by a Supervisor.

•Title: a simple label that indicates the current document is a proposal.

•General Data: Most relevant data including date, customer name, proposal number, agency, etc.

•Lines: Information regarding the advertising space proposed by the account executive to transmit customer's events,

•Signature:
As it name suggest, it is related to the customer's signature,

•Notes: Any notes inserted by the account executive during the elaboration of the proposal,

•Terms and conditions: This information is set under the Configuration | Parameters section by a Supervisor.

Telecast Order
Use it to print a document containing a list of all already-scheduled events derived from the proposal. The Print pre/post telecast times report contains the proposal's events that have been already scheduled while detailing their creation date, related customer, scheduling day/time/duration:

Running proposals list
It prints the list of proposals currently in running status by the account executive, that is, which are under elaboration.
 
Reevaluating proposals list
It prints the list of all proposals which are currently being reevaluated.
 
Booking Confirmation
Generates a report containing the booked spaces and their related costs.
 
Placement Confirmation
Use it to view the placed and unplaced events derived from the proposal.
