What is Sales?
Sales is a really must-have tools for both Supervisors and Account Executive, it enhance the proposals management quality, improves the control over stored data, and increase the profit of sold space. Owing to its advanced strategies, this module is able to lead account executive to the creation of an effective proposal through a transparent and intuitive interface.
 
What is a Proposal?
A Proposal is  a document prepared by a account executive to describe to a customer, how the station is able to  fit its requirements; this document follows a seasons of specific criteria that enables its automatic pricing and evaluation. Proposals are managed during the various elaboration phases using the following status:

Status - Running
Description : All proposals created by the account executive which are valid (i.e. not expired for the current period).
Possible outputs : Send to evaluate
Send to customer
Expired (automatic)

Status - Send to evaluate
Description : All proposals waiting for the supervisor to evaluate them to decide if it can be approved or not.
Possible outputs : Approved
Rejected
Running (send back to reevaluate)
Expired (automatic)

Status - Send to customer
Description : All proposals waiting for a customer evaluation in order to be either approved or rejected.
Possible outputs : Approved
Rejected
Running (send back to reevaluate)
Expired (automatic)

Status - Rejected from customer
Description : Among the proposals sent to customer, it contains proposals that have been rejected by the customer.
Possible outputs : Archived

Status - Approved
Description : All proposals approved by either the supervisor or the account executive (after a customer approval) which are ready to be scheduled.
Possible outputs : Archived

Status - Rejected

Description : All proposals which approval has been refused by thesupervisor.
Possible outputs : Archived

Status - Scheduled
Description : All approved proposals partially/totally scheduled by the Booking Server and ready to be invoiced through the Money module.
Possible outputs : Archived

Status - Archived

Description : All approved/rejected proposals already archived, the proposals are removed from approved/rejected list and moved to the archive.
Possible outputs : None

Status - Expired
Description : All proposals which have exceeded the maximum limit of validity established by the supervisor.
Possible outputs : None

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - The person that represents the station in commercial transactions taking orders from customers and providing them with sales proposals that will result in orders.
