The Web List Ingest section allows for the creation of templates for the management and visualisation of the assets which have been scheduled to go on-air but which are still not yet ingested (i.e. not linked to any "playable" media file); this is from the EtereWeb > Ingest List section.
The Web Ingest List section is mainly divided into the following three areas:
Parameters
Specify some parameters related to which assets will be included and how they will be displayed:
Web_List_Ingest
Type - Indicate if the ingest list should display all pending assets or only those matching a certain type (e.g. commercials).
Exclude assets without code - If enabled, those assets without a valid code won't be included in the ingest list.
Asset to be checked - If enabled, only those recorded assets (i.e. linked at least to one media file) but with a quality lower than the one set here will be included in the ingest list.
Asset to load - If enabled, only those assets which have not yet been invested in the system will be displayed. If disabled, only those already ingested will be displayed.
NB: Assets are considered as "ingested" if they're linked to at least one media file with a codec configured to be "playable by the automation", no matter in which device they are stored (e.g. video server, archive, library, etc.).
Highlighted columns font - Set the font (type and size) to be used for displaying assets within the ingest list.
Auto-refresh - Set the frequency with which the Ingest List will be updated with assets matching the parameters set in this section.
Stations - Select the stations on which assets to be included are scheduled to go on-air.
Assets missing in these cloud devices - Define a list of metadevices for which the file availability will be checked. Assets without files stored in ALL these meta devices will be included in the ingest list.
NB: The icons beside the meta devices are assigned in Cloud-device configuration in Resource Editor.
NB: In case both filters, "asset to be checked" and "asset to be loaded", are enabled, there will be displayed all assets with a quality lower than the one specified (either recorded or unrecorded).
Urgency level
Create custom coloured priorities based on the time remaining to the asset's scheduled transmission (e.g. 30 minutes left, 1 hour left, etc.).

Columns to show
The asset properties visualised in the Ingest List can be either added (->) or removed (<-)from this section. Available properties include:
recording status
on-air date and time
asset code
related station
asset title
asset duration
asset type
media code
The order with which files are displayed in the Ingest List can be customised by setting their "sort order" (1=first, 2=second, etc.) and "sort type" (ascending or descending).
