Set here the following parameters to define how the action will be performed:
Settings
Parameters: Host (mandatory)
Description: Indicate the URL address of the Vantage server.
Parameters: Port
Description: Specify the IP port of the Vantage server (default 8676).
Parameters: File
Description: Specify the name of the file to be transcoded, either:
Use db file - The name will be taken exactly as written in the Etere database.
Custom - Define a custom name using job-related information. The name is defined using the Rules Editor.
NB: The transcoding action would fail if there is a blank space in the file name.
Parameters: Workflow
Description: Enter the name of the T-workflow to be used for the transcoding. The workflow must be named exactly as in the Vantage system.
Note:
Parameters supported for integrating Etere T-workflow and Vantage are based on the Etere.WF.Vantage.exe executable.
Depending on the success of the operation, the action will return one of the following results:
IDLE - The Vantage host was connected, and the file was found, but the transcoding was not yet started.
RUNNING - The Vantage host was connected, the file was found, and the transcoding is in progress.
DONE - The Vantage host was connected, the file was found, and the transcoding has been completed.
ERROR - The Vantage host was not connected, the file was not found, or the transcoding failed.
ABORTED - The Vantage host was connected, but the transcoding was cancelled.
