The Etere Logs Saver tool allows you to save logs from any Etere module and all report files generated by Etere, specifying the name of the workstation and the user (either the Windows or the SQL login) from which the log is created.
Further information displayed in logs can be set from the main window without knowing other parameters, such as where the PCs are located or their specific functions. Etere Logs Saver also permits an automatic upload of the logs using the FTP utils application and configures the program to email Etere support to inform them that the uploading is complete.
Some of the operations supported by Etere Logs Saver are listed below:
•Save and send to Etere's support team the logs of one specific Etere module
•Upload automatically the logs that are already compressed to the Etere FTP, and send an email when the procedure is complete
•Specify which logs have to be saved (module\modules, PC\PC's and STATION\STATIONS, day or range of days)
•Configure the uploading options and the parameters to send emails to Etere support
•Make a copy of the Etere system resources
