Function - Commercial Orders
Description : It allows to manually insert commercial events from the list of available commercial order lines (i.e. commercial order lines that are still valid and that have runs available). Notice that remaining runs are calculated by subtracting to the total runs number the scheduled runs, the white and black list runs as well as the runs placed in alternative schedules.
The operator can either drag and drop from the list into any cell or double click to insert into the pre-selected cell; if the selected order intended to be inserted contradicts the rules set, a warning message will be prompted requesting for confirmation.
NB: You can extend the column width to view the full description of the columns. The changes to column dimensions would be saved when you re-enter the Search form.
Function - Search all Assets
Description : For manually insert an asset that is not yet linked to a Seasons order. This can also be done via the Tools drop down menu by selecting 'Insert single asset automatically'. Here you can choose to insert an asset either at specific times or in particular blocks & segments over a user-defined time frame.
NB: When inserting/deleting events from the Search form, the Search window would be closed automatically to allow the insertion/deletion to take place.
NB: Please note that if attempting to insert a program (e.g. spot) into a incompatible segment (e.g. News), the system will warn the operator about the issue and prompt for confirmation in order to proceed with the insertion.
