Import Scope
The Commercial Clusters import allows to import the Etere Air Sales Cluster\Segment structure from an XLS file.
Import Parameters
Under the General tab specify the position of the relative fields inside the file (Time, Date and Description). Under the Parameters tab specify the format of the Date and Time or alternatively select 'Import time/date as string'. You also need to define the Time shift in minutes and the duration of the segments. The time shift is the tolerance time after which the import of the schedule will take place. For example, if the current time is 11:05 and 7 minutes is input as the time shift, the program will import all schedule date from 11:12.
Launch the import
Once the import has been configured, it can be started just by pressing the Start button, once the import has finished, it will be possible to display the schedule of the related day to verify and/or approve the import operation.
