The "Delete" utility allows to automatically delete sales elements (i.e. events, blocks, orders) from the system based on specific criteria set in the following sections:
Delete events
Start - End data - Specify the period from which scheduled events will be deleted from the weekly schedule structure.
Start - End time - Specify the period from which scheduled events will be deleted from the weekly schedule structure.
Ad Insertion - Optionally, indicate the ad insertion network from which events should be exclusively deleted.
Delete expired
Blocks - If selected, all blocks marked as "expired" and not used in any weekly schedule structure will be deleted.
Orders - If selected, all orders marked as "expired" and not scheduled on future playlists will be deleted.
NB: Please note that even if orders are deleted (along with their scheduled events), their related invoices will be kept in the system.
Once the required options are selected, press the [Delete] button to complete the deletion.
