59.5.2.2 Updating the Reports Repository

It is possible to keep the system updated with the latest standard reports provided by Etere. The System Maintenance module permits the introduction into the database of all new reports released by Etere, just selecting the SQL Reports Repository Maintenance option:
System_Maintenance

The reporting service system maintenance needs to be launched at least once to retrieve the system template reports on which the reporting service is based:
SQL_Reports_Repository_Maintenance

1. The system will search for all.RDL reports present within the user-defined directory,

2. Already existing reports will be updated on the server, new reports will be inserted, and no longer existing reports will be removed.

3. The system will perform the same process above for all.RPT reports are present within the Etere installation directory.
