The Asset Contract Row tool allows to associate (or disassociate) one or more assets to the selected order line(s), thus permitting to either schedule only one of them or schedule all of them in rotating basis.
In order to manage assets linked to the proposal use the functions present in the toolbar:
Add - Search for an existing asset and link it to the order, or create a new asset (CTRL-N) and assign it to the order.
In case duration of assigned assets is different from the order line's duration, the user will be prompt for a confirmation.
Once added, double-click on a certain asset and you will be allowed to enter notes (e.g. to indicate the cases in which an asset should be preferred against others).
Add from customer used assets - Link to the current order line an asset already used in other orders of the same customer.
Additionally, right-click on the asset list it will be possible to quickly "add all available customer assets".
Delete - Use it to remove the selected asset from the asset list.
Save - Apply all performed changes to the selected order line. The operator will be prompt to select the way changes (e.g. added or removed assets) should be assigned to the order line:
Assign assets but do not associate to lines already scheduled - All added assets will be assigned to the order line (for future scheduling) while maintaining scheduled spots unaltered. Use this option if already scheduled assets are rotated by hand.
Additionally, the "Assign the first asset to lines in WL/BL" option allows to automatically assign the 1st asset to all line's events in B/W Lists¹.
Assign the first asset in the list to lines already scheduled from date - The first asset will be assigned to the order line (for future scheduling) as well as to all its performances scheduled from the selected day onwards.
Additionally, the "Include lines in WL/BL" option allows extending the assignment to all line's event currently placed in B/W Lists¹.

Please note that users needs the "Sales Proposal\Assign_asset" right in order to use this function to assign assets to orders/proposals.
