Import scope
The "Import deferred commercials" tab allows configuring and performing the import of deferred commercials, that is, the import of commercials which weren't available during a previous import and which are intended to be imported in a second instance.
This import must be performed on a non-empty playlist containing the bookmarks on which to insert expected deferred commercials, each bookmark will be replaced with the imported commercial matching the bookmark's break-ID, the scheduled time will be the same as the bookmark's start-time.
This import is able to import extended information to be subsequently used in the "AGB RF" export, in this case the length of each line will be considered as 200 characters rather than 53 (normal length when no extended information is provided). It's worth mentioning that extended information is inserted in Flexi-metadata fields which must exist in the Etere's Flexi-metadata:

NB: Metadata can be created in "Configuration > Settings > MAM > Flexi-metadata".
NB: Upon import, if the asset description and asset duration information are not updated for existing assets, you can use the F4 or F6 function keys to update the information.
Importing parameters
In order to use this import function, it will be required to first set the following parameters:
File to import - Specify the file containing the deferred commercials to be imported. The file must be formatted as "MMDDYY.LOG" (i.e. month, day and year).
Import assets only - If enabled, only asset form related to the scheduled events would be imported.
Import also the schedule - Enable this option and select a date to import the scheduled events into database
Import data only from: COD.FASCIA and DESCR.FASCIA - If enabled, the import would only import data from data field COD.FASCIA and DESCE.FASCIA.
Assign imported asset also to current station - Enable this option to assign the imported assets to current workstation.
Other parameters are read from the "Parameters" tab, therefore, for example, if the "transform xxLIVEX into xxYYMMDD" parameter is enabled, codes will be renamed according to the current date and a live channel will be assigned to the imported event.
Launch the import
Once the import has been configured, it can be started just by pressing the [Start] button.
