It is possible to customize the view of the schedule to facilitate schedule management, this is done by selecting from the 'Show' drop-down list from the Main Menu where the following options are available:
Function - Default events column width
Description : Change the default size of the columns in the segments, use it when events within the segments are not displayed entirely.
Function - Default segments height
Description : Set the height of the segment column.
Function - Default segments width
Description : Set the width of the segment column.
Function - Fonts
Description : Customize the font on the schedule by selecting the font size.
Function - Colors
Description : Set the colors used when displaying events and segments. See Cell Colors.
Function - Information to be shown in the grid
Description : Customize the information to be shown on the schedule, including the segments column (e.g. scheduled date and time, block name, block type, scheduled duration, maximum duration, etc) and the events column (e.g. event description, order description, asset description, actual time, scheduled time, item ID, etc).
For both columns, it is possible to move the information fields up or down according to the importance given by the operator. Once finished editing the column fields, press the 'save' button to store your preferences in the database and apply them to the schedule.

Function - View general options
Description : Set here some parameters regarding the visualization of the schedule, available parameters are listed
below:
- Display jingles insertion check
- Display jingles in the cells
- Display fillers in the cells
- Remainder view
- View color associated to the spot code
- Display maximum ad insertion used space
- Show empty segments
Function - Type Filter
Description : This parameter allows you to select which segment types you wish to visualize on the schedule. For instance, if you were only managing the PROMO aspect of scheduling you could select to view only those segments classified as PROM.
Function - Filter for Workflow
Description : If a T-workflow has been established and status were assigned to events (e.g. approved, checked etc), this function allows you to view only those events with a certain workflow status.

Description : Icons used across the Strategic Editor for detailing the most important properties and issues of scheduled events.

Function - Space colors legend
Description : The colors indicate the space status of the segments, it allows you to view available space in the segment with the remaining time stated in hours, minutes and seconds format. By default when the segment is completely empty the status box is in green, as the segment fills up the box its color changed to yellow, blue and red:
Scheduled duration free - Indicates the remaining free space of the segment's scheduled duration.
Scheduled duration partially occupied - Indicates the partially occupied space of the segment's scheduled duration.
Scheduled duration fully occupied - Indicates that the segment's scheduled duration is completely used (100%).
Scheduled duration exceeded, the maximum duration is used - Indicates that the segment's scheduled duration has been exceeded. In case also the maximum duration is exceeded a warning icon will be displayed.
Function - Schedule Update
Description : Update the schedule of the currently active day by reading its data from the database, use this function for simultaneous workstation usage. This function could take several minutes to complete.
Function - Total assets duration in schedule
Description : Displays a message indicating the sum of the durations of all the events scheduled in the current day, this duration is expressed in 'hh:mm:ss' format.
Function - View operations performed in the day
Description : This function display all logged events (the same as in the "commercial events log") within the open scheduling day, allowing to undo the last performed event transactions (e.g. insert, move, delete, change, etc) from all users:
Please note that the [Report] button positioned in the toolbar will allow to generate a printable report (SEEventLog.rdl) of all displayed operations (this feature requires Reporting Services module to be installed).
