In order to manage different Executive Editor instances for managing up to four different Video Assist schedules simultaneously, just follow the next procedure:
1.Navigate to the 'Schedule' menu and select the 'open schedule' option
2.Make click on the 'New instance' button, a new Executive Editor window will be opened
3.Enable the show > Video Assist option in case it is not enabled
4.Use the 'Open Video Assist snapshot' function to select the snapshot to be opened.
While loading a snapshot, a hourglass mouse pointer will be shown to indicate the "in progress" status of the operation.
NB: In case of loading an already open snapshot, changes performed to it will be applied only to the current snapshot instance and not to other opened instances.
Please note that multiple Video Assist playlists can be simultaneously loaded as explained in the Loading Multiples Instances chapter.
Playlist Interface
As explained in the "EE > Schedule View" chapter, a top bar will indicate the currently active station (i.e. on which the operator is working) as well as the current schedule type/status:
Green - The current playlist is a Video Assist schedule, it contains the loaded snapshot.
Red - The current schedule has pending changes and needs to be published and re-opened in order to display updated data.
Blue - The current playlist is the real schedule, it contains main broadcast planning.
Other colors - The current playlist is an alternative schedule.
NB: Moreover, all columns (code, description, type, duration, parts, scheduled time, etc) displayed in the playlist can be freely customized by the operator as explained in the "EE > EDITOR" chapter.
