The "Confirm / Reserve Space" tab allows you to change the status of all events scheduled within a given time range:
Parameter - Confirm
Description : As its name suggest, this option confirms the booking of the space for all events that have been scheduled in the specified time range. Confirmed events appears in the schedule with a red checkup.
Parameter - Confirm in reservation
Description : Set all events included in the selected time range as 'Reserved' (waiting for a confirmation). Reserved events appears in the schedule with a yellow checkup.
Furthermore, under this tab, by pressing the status button you will access to the Scheduling Status Window on which you will be able to either view or modify the current scheduling of the events comprehended in the given time range.
NB: You can chose to confirm or reserve only those commercial events in a specific time frame or leave it at the default of the full validity date of the commercial order.
