59.5.4.14 Missing Materials on All Orders

Report Description

The Missing Materials on All Orders report permits the generation of a document containing a list of all those order lines, either scheduled or not, which have still not been associated with an asset. Events included in the report can be grouped by duration and dates; different dates will result in different lines.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

•Period: Indicate the period from which missing assets will be retrieved; it is possible to select:

- Today plus the next seven days,

- Next week,

- Custom dates.

•Order by Indicate the field to be used as a sorting criterion; available fields are 'scheduled time', 'customer', 'agency' and 'account executive'.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits the configuration of the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, DOC, XLS, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
