The "Manage segments" menu provides access to some functions that permit altering the scheduling structure of the playlist; these functions include:
Change Segment Duration (CTRL+T) - Change the expected and maximum duration of the selected segment.
Please refer to the Change Segment Duration chapter for detailed information.
Insert new segment - Creates a new segment (of a specific duration and type) in one of the following positions:
In position before (Ctrl + N) - Immediately before the selected segment.
In position after (Ctrl + ALT+ N) - Immediately after the selected segment.
Copy segment - Copy the current selected segment(s).
Paste segment - This function pastes the segments copied using the 'copy segment' function.
Delete segment - Removes the current selected segment(s) from the structure of the present working day.
NB: Each time a segment is inserted or pasted, the new segment is displayed with an underlined coloured text (set under 'Show > Colors > Color for segments with modified structure') that will permit it to differentiate between the other segments.
