Report Description
The "Account Executive AsRun" report provides a detailed document containing all the events the current account executive sells. It filters them by period, customer and order, and crucial information regarding their transmission such as the date, time, duration, status, etc.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); configuring at least one parameter on each tab would enable the filters. Available filters include:
General
•Period: Specify the date range from which data will be retrieved.
•Customer: Specify the customer for which events will be filtered; if no customer is specified, all events will be displayed.
•Proposal code: Narrow the report to those events derived from a specific proposal/order, or leave this field blank to include all proposals.
Report Preview
The [Settings] enables configuration of the page layout of the print document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to preview the printout using the [Preview] button or start printing the document using the [Report] button.
The generated report will capture the following information:
FIELD - Date
DESCRIPTION: The date on which the event has been transmitted.
FIELD - Time
DESCRIPTION: The exact time the event has been transmitted.
FIELD - Period
DESCRIPTION: The time interval specified in the order for scheduling the event.
FIELD - Days range
DESCRIPTION: The overall period specified in the order for scheduling the event.
FIELD - Order
DESCRIPTION: The proposal/order line code from which the event derives.
FIELD - Item
DESCRIPTION: The identification code of the order line from which the event is derived.
FIELD - Line
DESCRIPTION: The proposal/order line from which the event derives.
FIELD - Commercial
DESCRIPTION: The spot type of the transmitted event (if specified).
FIELD - Duration
DESCRIPTION: The actual duration during which the event has been transmitted
FIELD - Price
DESCRIPTION: The unit price for the commercial event.
