59.6.2.280 Subtitler resource editor

The information displayed in the first part is merely descriptive and shows previously assigned data:

•Code: the path of the resource that you are editing is displayed
•Type: shows the resource type
•Number: indicates the ordinal number that identifies that resource in case others of the same type coexist.
The user must enter the following information:
•Name: description of the resource you are editing.
•Driver: fixed for the machine type: STL
•IP address: IP address of the PC where the Subtitler runs
•Subtitles files path: path where the subtitles are stored
•Source, Destination, set these data choosing from the suggested ones
•Configuration
The logo generator is configured as follows: Indicate how you want the logo configured. It is possible to leave this field blank.
Indicate the associated DSK: Indicate if the DSK is internal (INSIDE) or if one of those in the resources (previously configured) must be associated.

•Preset/Take Mode: Some devices can pre-load the logo before sending it ON AIR in such a way as to speed up the operation at the moment of the take. This possibility can be exploited using preset/take mode instead of standard mode. The preset/take mode is suggested only if a commutation is used for each event. Otherwise, the results could be unpredictable.
