Before start using Sales Proposals there are some essential considerations that must be taken into account:
•It is required to define at least one account executive, it required a user with the 'account executive' entity type enabled under its personal data form (see Personal Data), and with the 'Account Executive' function enabled (see Rights Management | User Mode),
•At least one supervisor must be defined, it required a user with the 'Sales Supervisor' function enabled (see Rights Management | User Mode),
•Proposals can be created only for customers with an account executive associated to them (see Personal Data | account executive Commissions).
