59.5.8.6 Daily Runs by Contract

Report Description

The Daily Runs by Contract report generates a standard report containing the daily recurrence of contracted events.

Report Filters

Five tabs in the report configuration allow you to set the filtering criteria to fulfil the report generation.

•Code

Use the filtering keywords below to retrieve the asset code found in contracted events:

Starts with: Enter a string to retrieve events whose start line of the asset code  matched the entered value (e.g. “Test”)

Between: Instead of filtering the starting string value, you can specify the range to retrieve asset code, e.g. events with asset code within 100 to 200.

Contains: Enter a string of values here to retrieve events containing the specific string in their asset code.

It doesn’t contain: Enter a string value in this box; events which do not have the string value in their asset code would be retrieved.

Empty: Only events with open asset codes would be retrieved.

•Description

Use the filtering keywords below to retrieve the events by filtering the event descriptions:

Starts with: Enter a string to retrieve events where its starting description matches the entered value (e.g. “Communication test”)

Between: Instead of filtering the starting string value in the event description, you can specify the range to retrieve asset code, e.g. events with descriptions between 50 and 70.

Contains: Enter a string of value here to retrieve events containing the specific string in the event description (e.g. “For testing only).

It doesn’t contain: Enter a string value in this box; events which do not have the string value in the event description would be retrieved.

Empty: Only events without description would be retrieved.

•Asset

In the Asset tab, you can specify the events to be included in the report by filtering the asset name and asset ID of the events.  Moreover, clicking the Add button on the left launches an asset search window, allowing you to perform a full-text search to locate the assets.

•Date

Using the Date tab, it offer a wide range of filtering options.

Period:

Current date: Retrieve contracted events scheduled on the current date.

This week: Retrieve contracted events scheduled within the current week, from Monday to Sunday.

Next week: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for next week from the following Monday to next Sunday.

Current Month: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for the whole of the current month.

Current year: Retrieve contracted events scheduled from the first day of the current year till the last day.

Today’s month date: Retrieve contracted events scheduled from today till the last day of the current month.

Today’s year date: Retrieve contracted events scheduled from the first day of the year till the current date.

Previous month: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for the whole of last month.

Previous year: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for the last year.

Last 30 days: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for the past 30 days, including the current date.

Following 30 days: Retrieve contracted events scheduled for the next 30 days, including the current date.

Time:

All dates: retrieve all the contracted events scheduled to match the above criteria.

Time interval: specify the interval time in hh:mm:ss:ff format.

•Object

Select the event types to filter the scheduled events to be included in the report.  You can enable the “Hide groups and system types” option to hide the event types created by Etere and display only event types created by the user workstation.

A summary of the filtering criteria is displayed in the bottom window.

Report Preview

Upon providing the filtering criteria, use the <Settings> button to set the report output layout and select the source of printing.  Next, preview the generated report based on the input criteria.  Finally, you can export the report to a physical file or print a hard copy report.
