72.2.2.64 People in Charge

The "People in charge" section allows inserting the persons involved in managing the current asset, indicating a specific role for each (e.g. supplier, indexer, etc.). To add a "person in charge", right-click on this section and select the related function:

Please note that it will be possible to add only those contacts for which the "can take jobs" property has been enabled under their Data.

Use
For example, the "people in charge" related to assets are used to automatically assign worksheets to operators according to the role they play for specific assets. For instance, thanks to the information set here, it is possible to automatically give a "subtitling" worksheet to all the "content editors" related to assets:
