With ETX-M converter, it allows Etere ETX to stream the NDI signals from its playout through the ETX-M Converter Service.
To install ETX-M Converter service simply launch Etere installer “EtereInstall.exe” to start the installation process.

Select the installer package and click Next to continue.

Select “service ETX-M converter” among other Etere application you wish to install.
The available ingest services are indicated in feature “service ETX-M converter” as shown in above.
•By click on the underlined instance(s), you can choose the number of service instances to be installed on one workstation, with maximum of 8 instances.
•The associated executable file is “Etere.Ingest.Service.exe”.
•The Services are named “Etere.Ingest.Service_1”, “Etere.Ingest.Service_2”, “Etere.Ingest.Service_3”, so on and so forth.
Next, click on the "Set log on" to launch the selection of user account to perform the installation of service ETX-M Converter.

From the log on screen, you can select to login as specific user account to perform the installation. If no user account is selected the installation would be performed using the default local System account.
Upon selected the log on account to perform the install, click <Next> button to continue.

If all the selected applications (includes “service ETX-M converter”) are confirmed, click Next to proceed with the installation.

Click Close when installation completed successfully.
In System Control Panel, verify that the service is installed and ready to be used.
Services
When the service is active, it launches all the streams configured from the dedicated Web page, one process for each stream, converting the NDI signal to IP formats among the formats listed below:
•UDP (User Datagram Protocol)
•DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting protocol)
•RTMP (Real Time Messaging Protocol)
•RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol)
•SRT (Secure Reliable transport protocol)
•RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol)
•HLS (HTTP Live Streaming protocol)
