When a customer submits a question, Etere will provide an initial response within the first four working hours. To facilitate problem resolution, customers will be asked to provide the following information:
✓ A clear description of the problem
✓ The current version of the Etere software
✓ The name of the module related to the problem
✓ Any error messages generated by the system
✓ The last operations performed before the problem occurred
✓ The steps required to reproduce the problem
✓ The name of the contact person
Sending emails to Etere Technical Support requires compliance with the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) specification. Otherwise, emails may be classified as spam by Etere's email server, which may prevent Etere Technical Support from responding promptly.
