Action Description
The "Set Expiry Date" T-workflow action sets an expiry date for an asset by specifying the number of days to expiry starting from the current date. As the expiry date is continually enhanced by T-workflow ingest, the asset would be retained permanently.
Action Parameters
The following parameters are required to fulfil the T-workflow action:
Name: Specify the name of the asset to set the expiry date.
After days: This parameter adds the days to the current date. The asset would expire after the number of days specified in this parameter. The value must be within the range of -999 to 999.
How to use it
"Set expiry date" actions can be used in the T-Workflow designer to set a customizable delay of the asset so that the expiry date is enhanced with workflow ingest.
