59.3.9.48 Gen21 Set

Action Description
The "Gen 21 get" action allows updating a Gen 21 system with information from the Etere system. Currently, this action includes the following asset information:

Etere: Ingested 

Gen21 correspondence: Ingested 

Meaning: Asset has at least one ingested file

Etere: OK to broadcast 

Gen21 correspondence: QC Passed 

Meaning: Asset is ready to transmit

Note:

Action Parameters
The fields to be compiled when creating the action are detailed below:

Parameters
Name - Insert a short descriptive name for the action (e.g. "Set on Gen21 sys01").

Profile - Select the configuration profile related to the system to which the action will connect.

This action has the following outputs:

Updated (asset information has been successfully updated)

Not exist (asset was not found in the Gen21 system)

Error (unable to complete, probably due to a connection error)

How to use it
Once created to be used, this action is required to be included in a T-workflow (e.g. for sending Gen21 systems up-to-date information on just modified assets) under the T-Workflow designer and then attached and launched for the desired asset(s):
