The "remove block from period" function allows, for all selected block(s), to delete all their instances (i.e. blocks with the same ID scheduled on different days) from a given date interval (and weekdays). In order to use this function it is required to compile the following parameters:
Parameter - From date - To date
Description : Specify the date range from which selected block(s) should be removed.
Parameter - Insert blocks containing events in the recycle bin
Description : If enabled, block instances containing events will be placed in the recycle bin.
Otherwise (if disabled), block instances without events will be definitively removed.
Parameter - Days
Description : Indicate the exact day in a week from which selected block(s) should be removed.
Once all parameters are entered, press the [OK] button to execute the requested actions. Once completed, a report will capture all operation tasks performed for each day:
NB: Please note that removing blocks from an entire period is a very sensitive task since ALL the instances of selected blocks will be removed.
Note: The blocks in the past cannot be delete from the Schedule. Error message would be prompted if attempt to do so.
