Modifying multiple lines
The following procedures described how to modify two or more lines in proposal:
1. Under the "Lines" tab, select the lines data you intend to modify
•From-to selection: Click on the first line to be modified, press and hold the "Shift" key and select the last line to be modified.
•Free selection: Click on lines while holding the "Ctrl" key and randomly select the lines to be modified.
2. Modify all necessary fields and press the <Save> button to confirm changes, the outcome would be dependent on lines types: standard or model 1/2:
Type - Standard line
Changes : If the line is a standard line, all changed fields will be applied to it.
Type - Model 1 / 2 line
Changes : It's highly recommended not to modify "model 1/2 lines" under the "Lines" tab in order to maintain consistency of the lines. You can edit the lines from the Model 1 or Model 2 tabs.
Once changes are applied, the account executive can either continue inserting 'lines' to the current proposal , delete lines that are not intended to be included (making right-click and selecting 'delete line'), or save the proposal and wait for its approval.
