• SOM: Indicate the start time of the sponsored event
• Duration: The duration of the sponsored event
• Description: A short note to describe the sponsored event
Properties

It's worth mentioning that the inclusion of sponsors in crowding can be defined through the "count sponsor in commercial crowding" property settable using the Tools > "Specify the properties" function.
In case the asset is a commercial, the crowding calculation will consider the asset duration (e.g. 30 seconds) rather than the sponsor duration (e.g. 10 seconds at bottom).

Note for Australian stations
In case your set country is Australia, the sponsor duration will be used to define the duration of billboards, so in case they last more than 10 seconds (for each sponsored customer) they will be included in the crowding calculation. For instance, a billboard sponsoring one customer can last a maximum of 10 seconds and eventually exceeding seconds will be counted as crowding; a billboard sponsoring two customers can last a maximum of 20 seconds (10+10) and eventually exceeding seconds will be counted as crowding.

Using Sponsor's data
Sponsor data is used, for example, to calculate the commercial crowding within the scheduled, for further details on this function see the Etere Scheduling > Executive Editor chapter.
