The items displayed in the list of order lines section can be filtered by setting the following parameters:
Order lines
Select the scheduling station and the scheduling status of the orders intended to be managed here:
•Station: Indicate the station for which the scheduled will be performed.
•Scheduling status: Select the type of orders that will be scheduled by the application:
- To be scheduled: Only those order lines not yet scheduled, either partially or completely.
- Scheduled: Only those order lines with at least one event scheduled.
- Only those with events in WL: If enabled, there will be displayed only those order lines with events presented in the White Lists (i.e. a list which contain formerly scheduled events replaced by another events). White-List events can be re-scheduled by launching the 'start' scheduling button.
- Only those with events in BL: If enabled, there will be displayed only those order lines with events present in the Black Lists (i.e. a list which contain all events which scheduling was not possible). Black-List events can be re-scheduled by launching the 'start' scheduling button.
- Scheduled and in alternative schedules: If enabled, there will be listed only those order lines which have been (partially or completely) scheduled in alternative schedules.
Options
Set the filters related to the specific information of orders to be scheduled, available filters include:
•Date range (from - to): Specify the period on which order lines are specified to be scheduled,
•Show hidden lines only: Display ONLY those order lines which has been specified by the order to be 'hidden from the Air Sales Scheduler',
•Lines per page: Indicate the maximum number of order lines that will be displayed per page.
•Order code: In case the operator intends to schedule a specific order, this option permits to select the exact order to be scheduled,
•Customer code: Narrow the list of orders to be scheduled to only those orders related to a certain customer.
Sorting
Indicate the criteria to be used to display order lines, it is possible to sort in ascending order using any of the following criteria:
•Validity date: if enabled, order lines will be sorted according to their expiry date (i.e. deadline). Use this filter to, for example, schedule lines starting by the chronologically closest ones (i.e. those which are booked first).
•Validity day: If enabled, order lines will be ordered, first, by its validity date and then by the weekday(s) for which they are valid. Use this filter to schedule lines starting by the ones available for the current day (e.g. Monday), the next day (e.g. Thursday) and so on.
•Random: If enabled, order lines will be displayed in the list casually. Use this filter to schedule order lines without any specific criteria.
Update
Once all filters have been set (i.e. order lines and options), press the 'update' button to apply these filters to the list of orders to be scheduled. Please note that each time the 'update' button is pressed, all 'completed operations' are removed from the list (they will be available as scheduled lines colored as white).
NB: If you attempt to perform a manual update while the scheduling is in progress, warning message would be prompt and the updates operations would be denied.
