The Asset area allows one to associate one or more assets to an order line, thus permitting one to either schedule only one or schedule all of them on a rotating basis. Additionally, by double-clicking on insertion, the account executive can enter a note; it is useful, for example, to indicate the scheduling operator in which cases an asset will be preferred against the others.
To manage assets linked to the order, press the [...] button and use the functions presented in the toolbar:
Function - Add
Description: Search for an asset across the Etere database and select one asset to be linked to the current order line; the operator will be allowed to:
•Search for an existing asset: Search for the asset to be associated through a form provided with a wide range of filters, and double-click on the asset to insert it into the list.
•Create a new asset: Go to the Navigate >> New Asset menu option or press the <CTRL> and N keys simultaneously, compile the primary information of the new asset and press [Ok] to save it, after which double-click on the asset to insert it into the list.
Function - Add from customer-used assets.
Description: Link to the current order line, an asset already used in other orders of the same customer.
Function - Delete
Description: Use it to remove the selected asset from the asset list.
Note
All associated assets will be available for commercial scheduling, thus allowing us to schedule them based on the criteria specified in the order line. The order runs (e.g. 25) will be distributed across all associated assets (e.g. assetA:10, assetB:10 and assetC:5).
