87.1.3.8 Fast Operations

Perform a Fast Loan
Set a tape as loaned just by passing it through a barcode reader and entering its code:

1.Search for the unit/contact to which the tape will be loaned,

2.Enter the barcode scanned using the barcode reader, and press 'Enter' to insert the tape into the list,

3.Repeat the previous operation for inserting more tapes,

4.Press the save button to finish the loan operation,

5.You will be informed about the loan success and will be asked to print a document detailing the unit, contact (only if it belongs to the automation), and loaned tapes .
 
Perform a Fast Return
Set a tape as returned just by passing it through a barcode reader and entering its code:

Loan_21

1.Enter the barcode scanned using the barcode reader and press enter to insert the tape into the list,

2.Repeat the previous operation for inserting more tapes,

3.Press the 'save' button to finish the return operation.
