59.5.4.67 Agency Annual Costs by Order

Report Description

The Agency Annual Costs by Order report allows the generation of a document containing a solar-yearly analysis of the monthly costs derived from commercial orders of specific customers. Orders will be grouped first by channel and then by customer.

Unlike the "Agency Annual Costs by scheduled" report, the current report calculates the costs based on the order items (spots) expected to be broadcast according to the order information.

Note

Please note that this report retrieves data from the production and historical databases (if it exists). This feature will allow more information to be included in the report but may require more time to generate.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

•Year: Specify the year from which data will be retrieved and on which spots have been scheduled.

•Channel: Indicate here the channel(s) for which data will be retrieved, that is, to which orders are referred. Only those channels with an Etere Air Sales license will be considered.

•Agency: Select the agency to which processed orders are related, that is, the agency for which commissions will be calculated.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.

Columns legend

Channel - Station on which the order is scheduled.
Customer - The customer to whom the order is directed.
Order dec. - Description of the order.
Months - The commissions paid for the order in specific months.
Total - The total commissions paid for the order in the given period.
