59.3.6.1 Live Subtitling

The Live Subtitling section lets you define the Main and Clone Closed Captions Servers used for Live Subtitling and set the verbosity logging level for the subtitling log to be captured in the log file in both servers.

CC-Inserter Main

Parameters: Server IP
Description: Provide the IP address of the Main Closed Captions server where Live Subtitling is running.

Parameters: Server Port
Description: Set the network port number for communicating with the Main server. The default port is "19000".

Parameters: Client Log verbosity
Description: Specify the verbosity level when writing the Live Subtitling operations log in the client workstation. You can set the logging level to "none", "high", "Info," or "debug" mode.

CC-Inserter Clone

Parameters: Server IP
Description: Provide the IP address of the Backup Closed Captions server where Live Subtitling is running.

Parameters: Server Port
Description: Set the network port number for communicating with the Backup Server. The default port is "19000". You can set a different port assigned to the backup server.

Parameters: Client Log verbosity
Description: Specify the verbosity level when writing the Live subtitling operations log in the client workstation. You can set the logging level to "none", "high", "Info," or "debug" mode.
