59.5.4.62 Spot Scheduled Position

Report Description

The Spot Scheduled Position report allows the generation of a document containing the exact position on which events related to a particular customer are scheduled. This report is helpful to, for example, provide customers with a document detailing all information related to their bought scheduling space.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Period: Specify the date interval from which scheduling data will be retrieved.

•Station: Select a station to narrow the report only to it. Leave this blank to include events scheduled across all stations.

•Customer: Select a customer entity to narrow retrieved data to only its events. Leave it blank to include all.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits the configuration of the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Item - Identification number of the order line from which the event is derived
Date - The actual date on which the event is scheduled to be transmitted
Time - Actual time at which the event is expected to be transmitted
Booking - Code of the order from which the event is contracted
Station - The Network station on which the event is scheduled
Line - Order line from which the event is derived
Free - Indicates if it is transmitted for free or at a charge.
Segment position - Exact position occupied by the event within the segment (e.g. 1 of 5, 2 of 7, etc.)
Asset code - Code of the asset associated with the scheduled event
Duration - Length of the scheduled event
Total commercials - Displayed at the end of the report, indicate the total number of events scheduled in the period.

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
