59.5.4.37 Out of Order Secondary Events

Report Description

The Out of Order Secondary Events report allows the generation of a document containing all the contractual logos/scripts (i.e. included in at least one commercial order) which have been scheduled as non-commercial secondary events, that is, without any order association that allows the billing department to invoice these secondary events.

For each incorrect performance (i.e., out of order), the date and time on which the secondary event was scheduled and all the associated orders (and lines) will be detailed. Please note that this report supports narrowing retrieved data to specific date periods.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been distributed across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Period: Indicate the date range from which data to be included in the report will be retrieved.

•Type: Indicate the type (logo generator 1, logo generator two or CTM) of a secondary event to be analyzed.

•Number: Narrow search to a specific number of logos or scripts.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits the configuration of the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Columns legend

Order code - Code of the order related to the sec. event

Order desc. - Description of the order related to the sec. event

Order line - ID number and Description of the order line related to the sec. event

Sch. period - Start and end date of the period to which the order line is intended to be scheduled

Runs - Number of runs allowed by contract

Scheduled - Number of runs scheduled

Types - Logo Generator 1, Logo Generator 2 or CTM

Secondary event - Description of the scheduled sec. event

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
